Studio Policies Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC Appointment Booking To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee and a card on file are required. The booking fee reserves your time and is applied to your service unless a policy fee is incurred. Please attend your appointment alone to ensure an optimal experience. All intake and consent forms must be completed before your treatment to avoid delays or reduced treatment time. ⸻ Late Policy We understand delays happen and offer a 5-minute grace period. • 5+ minutes late: Your session may be shortened to end on time; full service fee applies. • 15+ minutes late: Your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show (100% charge). Please allow extra time for parking and traffic. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Fees: • Within 48 hours (up to 24 hours) of the appointment start time: $150 late-change fee (charged to the card on file). • Same-day (within 24 hours) cancellations and no-shows: 100% of the service price. • Same-day reschedule requests cannot be accommodated and are treated as cancellations. How to notify: Please text or email Gabi to cancel or reschedule. As a courtesy, reminders are sent via text and email, but receipt of reminders is not guaranteed. Courtesy waiver: At Gabi’s discretion, a one-time courtesy waiver of the late-change fee may be granted. Note: The $150 late-change fee and no-show/same-day charges are policy fees and do not apply toward future services. ⸻ Rescheduling Limits You’re welcome to reschedule once (subject to availability); the new appointment must occur within 3 months of the original date. • Second consecutive reschedule: A new non-refundable booking fee is required. • Third consecutive reschedule: 100% of the future booking will be charged (non-refundable). • Fourth consecutive reschedule: No further bookings will be accepted. All rescheduling must follow the notice windows above (48 hours minimum). ⸻ Refund Policy Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC does not offer refunds or returns on booking fees, services, or retail products.
