Appointment Booking: At Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC, we require a non-refundable booking fee and a card on file to secure your appointment. The non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment time and ensures that we are holding a spot exclusively for you. This helps us manage our schedule and provides the best possible service to all clients. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone to ensure an optimal experience. Please complete all intake and consent forms prior to your treatment to avoid taking time away from your session. Failure to complete the necessary paperwork before your appointment may result in a delay or reduced treatment time. ________________________________________ Late Policy: At Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC, we understand that delays happen. We offer a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. However, please be aware of the following: • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session may be shortened to prevent overlapping with the next client, while the full service fee will still apply. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, resulting in a 100% charge of the service price. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly and allow extra time for parking or traffic to ensure you arrive on time. Thank you for respecting your appointment time and the time of others. ________________________________________ Cancellation Policy: To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you kindly extend the same consideration to us. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. While we understand that life happens, at Gabi’s discretion, a one-time courtesy waiver of the cancellation fee may be granted. Cancellations & No-Shows: • No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price. Same-day rescheduling requests cannot be accommodated and will be treated as cancellations. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated via text or email to Gabi at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. As a courtesy, we send reminders via text and email. If you are running late, please contact us immediately. ________________________________________ Refund Policy: Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC does not offer refunds or returns. This applies to all non-refundable booking fees, services, and/or products. ________________________________________ Rescheduling Policy: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment once, subject to availability, and the rescheduled appointment must occur within three months of the original date. • Second consecutive reschedule: A new non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure the rescheduled appointment. • Third consecutive reschedule: Clients will be charged 100% of the future booking, which will be non-refundable. • Fourth consecutive reschedule: No further bookings will be accepted. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we are happy to work with you on rescheduling when necessary, as long as it’s within the policy guidelines. Rescheduling must be communicated via text or email to Gabi at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. ________________________________________
